Crazy Enough

Trudging the Roads Less-Travelled Quotes to Ponder

Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits, the rebels, the trouble makers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They are not fond of autocratic rules. And they don’t have respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they CHANGE things. They heal, they imagine, they explore, they create, they inspire. They push the human race forward. How else can you see an empty canvas and see a work of art? Or sit in silence and hear a song that’s never been written? Or gaze at a red planet and see a laboratory of wheels? And while some may see them as crazy ones – we see GENIUS. Because the people who are CRAZY enough to THINK that they can CHANGE the WORLD, are the ones who DO. –Rob Siltanen-

Talking to a rich man
will not make you wise.
But it might make you rich.
So associate with the well-off
even if it will not make you wealthy.
The society is so absorbed
in its indifference; for them,
the rich are wise and
you can never be wise
if you are poor.

"A chicken can turn an egg into a chick, but no amount of eggs can ever turn a chicken into an egg, which comes from the rooster, which is also a chicken. But if indeed eggs did come first, it must have been at the time when the incubator was invented."
-My foolish answer to the immortal but silly question:
"Which came first, egg or chicken?"

This message:
"Do not write to me if you are over 20 years old."
is the "intro" of a very attractive face on Facebook.
Curious and challenged, I wrote her this message:
"Hi, I'm 21 years old, but that was many years ago.
Could we be friends?

The word "crazy"
best describes me;
it is exclusively mine
to award and share.

What goes up must come down,
Life's a wheel that spins around.
Be sober, be cautious,
Nothing lasts forever
on Earth or in the sky.
We reap what we sow,
We take what we give.
The pace of the fall depends
on the speed of the soar.
